This training, by design, is..

  • For anyone wanting to experience the heart, power, knowledge, and knowing of  the practices of yoga.

  • For anyone just dreaming about a higher level of understanding or wanting the tools and skills to share your passion for yoga with others… for entrepreneurial purposes, educational purposes, personal growth , or just the love of it!

We will by seeking the core truths of yoga, in practice and theory… whether it is through teaching or through living a more connected, courageous and inspired life.

If you don’t feel the call to teach, this training is still for you.  This training process will transform your personal practice, challenge you in new ways,  and is an ideal way to learn about your body, and acquire skills to empowerment. Graduates will have the tools and skills to apply to Hatha yoga, Hot yoga, Flow, Vinyasa, and Power Vinyasa styles for all level classes.

Prerequisite and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of a consistent yoga practice or equivalent training is required.

  • Students are required to take 16 classes at New Om World throughout the duration of the training, allowing you to experience different yoga teaching perspectives different styles ,and methodologies. This is included in the training tuition.

200 Hour Course Curriculum:

  • Philosophy, Ethics, LifeStyle

  • Technique:  Asana, Meditation, Pranayama

  • Teaching Methodology: Teacher Labs, Instructional Technique, Demonstrations, Assisting, Teaching Styles, Process

  • Anatomy and Physiology of the physical and energy systems
